  • We had the privilege of working with Phillip twice - once when we refinanced our old house and then when we bought our current house. Phillip is amazing and I would never go to anyone else for a mortgage.   • I have moved a few times in the military, so therefore have bought/sold a few homes. Without hesitation, Phillip was the best lender, without doubt, that I've had the pleasure of doing business with. I originally had another real estate agent who referred his services, and when I ended up going with another agent do to the original agent moving, I went against my new RE agents recommendation for a lender, and went with Phillip. However, the most amazing concept working with him, was when he talked me out of a couple transactions, because he didn't feel they were a good situation.
